Hi! I’m the mom behind NJLeaveWithEase.

I’m a 36-year-old mom of three, and I live and work right here in New Jersey. Like so many other moms, I’ve had to figure out the world of NJ leave benefits while also trying to keep up with everything else that comes with having a family.

And honestly? It can be really confusing.

TDI. FLI. NJFLA. FMLA. P30. FL2.

There are so many different programs, forms, rules, timelines, and little details to understand. And when you’re pregnant, preparing for a baby, or already trying to navigate leave, the last thing you need is to spend hours trying to figure out what you’re actually supposed to do.

That’s why I created NJLeaveWithEase.

I wanted to create the resource I wish existed: something that breaks everything down into plain English and walks you through what to do, when to do it, and what to expect next.

My goal is simple:

To make NJ leave laws easier to understand.

Whether you’re planning your maternity leave, trying to figure out when to apply for TDI, wondering how FLI works, trying to understand job protection, or just feeling completely overwhelmed by all the different information out there, I want NJLeaveWithEase to make it a little easier.

Bbehind the account is a real NJ mom who has spent a lot of time learning how this system works and wants to make that information easier for other NJ families to understand.
