Refund & Correction Policy

Our guides are digital PDF products. After purchase, the PDF is delivered immediately.

Because digital guides can be accessed and downloaded immediately, we generally do not offer refunds after access or download, except where required by law or under the correction policy below.


Correction and refund guarantee:

If the guide contains a confirmed blocking mistake, or if the official online form has changed materially, and this prevents you from completing the procedure described in the guide, contact us at: hello@nlimmigrationguides.com


A “blocking mistake” means a real error in the guide that prevents a reasonable buyer from completing the online form using the guide. Minor wording differences, small screenshot changes, or non-blocking layout changes do not qualify.

If we confirm that the issue is a blocking mistake or material form change, we will try to provide a corrected version of the guide within 2 business days.

If we confirm the issue and cannot provide a corrected version within 2 business days, we will refund your purchase.


Refunds are not provided because:

- your IND application or appeal is rejected;

- the court does not decide in your favor;

- you bought the guide for the wrong situation;

- you changed your mind after access or download;

- you expected personal legal advice, case review, document review, or help submitting forms;

- the online form looks slightly different but can still be completed by carefully following the guide and reading the official form instructions.


To request a correction or refund review, please include:

- your order email;

- purchase date;

- a short explanation of the issue;

- a screenshot of the relevant form screen, if possible.


We do not review your personal case, documents, or eligibility. We only review whether the guide itself contains a blocking mistake or has become materially outdated.
