Jay is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Black Entrepreneur Blueprint. Jay’s purpose is the help provide an actionable blueprint for Black entrepreneurs to help them launch, build, and grow successful, sustainable businesses. Jay has twenty-plus years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur and built over 17 businesses and has lived the full gamut of experiences from almost losing it all twice, to building two separate multimillion-dollar businesses.

Jay’s philosophy after leaving corporate America was to “bet on himself.” And since then, he hasn’t looked back. Jay is also an author, speaker, and coach, and enjoys sharing his story and formula for successful entrepreneurship with all.
