Wig Quality

All wigs are personally inspected before being listed or given to the customer. Wig colors, textures, curl patterns, and lengths may appear slightly different due to lighting, styling, and screen settings.

Wig Returns & Exchanges

Wig returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:

* The wig has not been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered.

* The lace is completely intact and has not been cut, tinted, glued, sprayed, or damaged.

* The wig is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Wigs that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for checking the length, texture, color, lace size, and cap construction before wearing or altering the wig.

Hair Essentials

For health and sanitation reasons, all hair essentials—including lace glue, edge control, melting spray, mousse, oils, wax sticks, brushes, bands, and similar beauty products—are final sale.

Nylani Collection is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or improper product use. Please review the ingredients, complete a patch test, and follow all directions before using any product. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Special-Order Wigs

Special-order wigs require a $25 nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Once a special order has been submitted to the vendor, it cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by vendor or carrier delays.

Payments, Holds & Cancellations

All orders must be paid in full before delivery or shipping. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No item will be held without payment.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or shipped.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Customers must pick up their orders at the agreed-upon time and location. Please communicate in advance if you need to reschedule. Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name and shipping address at checkout. Nylani Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Nylani Collection is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the carrier and file a claim when necessary.

Sale Items

All discounted, clearance, flash-sale, and promotional items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or holds will be accepted on sale items.

Customer Responsibility

Proper installation, maintenance, and product application are essential. Nylani Collection is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemicals, coloring, cutting, sleeping or swimming in the wig without protection, or failure to follow care instructions.
