Meet Nadi

I’ve always considered myself a student, forever learning. I’ve been immersed in the ancient practices of yoga for over 15 years now, and it’s been such a transformative journey.

 

It all started in the Far East, where I was seeking ways to heal myself. That’s when I discovered yoga—an incredible path where I could connect with my body and mind, finding rest and peace through various forms of movement and meditation. 

Throughout this journey, I’ve been guided by many teachers from different schools and traditions around the world. Each of them has shaped the way I teach and share this vast body of wisdom.

 

For the past five years, my teachings have been deeply inspired by the wisdom of nature and the elements. I’ve devoted myself to exploring the ancient teachings of nature, working closely with different masters, and learning from rituals rooted in North and South Native American traditions. These teachings influence everything I do—on and off the mat.

 

What I’m truly passionate about is helping my students find alignment and balance in their practice. I create a safe space for them to explore themselves deeply. This journey takes us into the creative energy of nature, allowing us to connect more profoundly with the wisdom of the body and cultivate intimacy and trust within ourselves,

uniting body, mind, and spirit as one.
