I’m Brendan O’Brien NT MSc, the Natural Fertility Consultant.

For the last 15 years I’ve worked with couples in the 30-to-45-year age group who dream of having their own baby but are struggling to conceive or to hold on to the pregnancy. 

I hold a master’s degree in the science of Personalised Nutrition, and a Practice Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I also teach nutrition therapy principles and supervise clinical training at the International Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH). I take continuous training in Functional Endocrinology and Nutritional Immunology.

I live in Limerick, Ireland with my wife Siobhán, our three children Ethan, David, and Kara-Maria, (and four dogs).
