Natures Way IBCLC, Tongue Tie Midwife
Hello, I’m Jas 🤍
Tongue Tie Midwife | IBCLC
I’ve spent over a decade supporting mothers and babies with feeding — and for me, lactation has never just been about milk. It’s about people.
From the moment I stepped onto a busy NHS postnatal ward as a student midwife, I knew this was where my heart lived. Supporting families in those fragile early days came naturally — helping mums feel heard, reassured and empowered, even when things felt overwhelming.
I support breastfeeding, combination feeding and bottle feeding families with the same core belief:
✨ Every family deserves unbiased, evidence-based support to reach their own feeding goals.
I translate research into practical, real-life guidance — the kind you can actually use at 3am — while always holding space for how hard this journey can be. I’ve seen almost every challenge a mum and baby can face in the early weeks, and I’ve lived two very different feeding journeys myself. Knowing what to do doesn’t always make it easy — and that’s where support truly matters.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m deeply passionate about reducing inequalities in maternity care. I’ve published research on race inequalities in the NHS and breastfeeding support — because evidence matters, and so does representation.🖤
Here at Nature’s Way IBCLC, I’m here to:
• Hold your hand
• Share the highs and the honest challenges
• Be your cheerleader
• Help you navigate the system
• And support you to feel confident, informed and supported
You don’t have to do this alone 🤍
