Asset Terms of service

1. FREE (including server free) assets are allowed to be used on commercial, public, free, and Nitro models.
2. PAID assets are allowed to be used on commercial Models ONLY.
3. Do not resell this asset on its own or as part of any asset bundle. Do name take parts of the assets or textures.
4. Do not claim as your own.
5. Refunds are not available for digital goods.
6. Please do not share the files directly — instead, link back to my shop.
7. Credit is required — link my shop and tag @Neaki clearly.
8. Some Unity and Blender knowledge is expected when purchasing.
9. License is only valid when the appropriate information is provided at checkout
10. Assets are strictly made for VRCHAT
11. Mesh and Texture editing is allowed, But i still require proper credit

Avatar Terms of service

1. No Redistribution Models are for personal by the buyer only. Please don’t share, sell, or distribute them in any form.
2. No Reselling You may not resell, gift, or transfer the model — whether it’s unedited or edited.
3. No Sharing Please don’t share files or download links. Each purchase is for a single user only.
4. Non-Transferable License Your purchase is just for you! You can’t transfer, sublicense, or use the model for someone else’s project.
5. No Refunds All sales are final. Once the model is delivered, refunds won’t be offered.
6. Avatar Assets Stay on the Avatar Please don’t reuse avatar parts like clothes, textures, or accessories in other projects unless you bought those assets directly from the original creators.
7. No Using Edited Assets Any edits made to parts of my avatars are still not for reuse, resale, or redistribution in any way.
