Restrictions

• Claim the asset, in whole or in part, as your own work
• Use the asset in any way that violates platform rules (including VRChat guidelines) or applicable laws

Modifications

Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and ownership of the asset remain with Neiko.X
• This purchase/license does not grant ownership of the asset itself

Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase

Updates & Support

• The creator is not obligated to provide updates, fixes, or support
• Compatibility with future versions of software (e.g., VRChat, Unity) is not guaranteed

Liability

• This asset is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• Neiko.X is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of this asset

Termination

• Violation of any part of this TOS will result in immediate termination of your license
• Upon termination, you must cease use of the asset and remove it from all projects
