Nelsy has extensive history within the wellness and fitness industry. She graduated from a performing arts school as dance major, where anatomy and mobility were emphasized. Later, she studied anatomy & physiology as a Nursing student at Rutgers U. She also helped with operations for Klean by Kyy (formerly known as Aktive Fitness), where she co-wrote the best-selling BBL plan.
