I'm the founder and career coach behind NeoHR Consulting Group. For over 20 years, I've helped professionals and businesses — especially in Life Sciences — navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence, instead of guesswork.
I created the DrivePath Methodology™ — a framework built around Drive, Path, Ascent, and Impact — after seeing the same pattern again and again: talented people stuck not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked a system. I've since used it to guide hundreds of clients through everything from first jobs out of school to executive-level moves, working across career coaching, fractional recruitment, corporate outplacement, and executive advisory.
I'm based in NC, and I run things a little differently: no fluff, no generic advice — just personalized strategy that treats your search like the important project it is. I believe career clarity isn't a luxury. It's a strategy.
