Store policies

Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks:

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all store policies.

All orders ship with USPS tracking. Once an order is marked delivered, it is considered complete and no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted. This protects my small business and ensures fairness for all customers.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped through USPS with full tracking. Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order, as address changes cannot be made once the package has shipped.

Processing Time:

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact USPS to open a claim. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, the order is fulfilled. I am not responsible for packages that are marked delivered but cannot be located.

Exchanges:

Due to the nature of small‑batch boutique items, exchanges are not offered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Product Care:

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid water, lotions, and perfumes

• Store in a dry place

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing

Quality Assurance Before Shipment:

All items undergo a final quality review prior to dispatch. We verify that each piece is free from defects and is ready for wear. Items are then packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Order Issues:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
