NexaGrid sells downloadable digital products, including Excel workbooks, planning tools, dashboards, and related digital resources.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase or download through Payhip.
No physical product will be shipped.
Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or accessed.
However, if you experience a genuine technical issue, receive the wrong file, are charged more than once, or the product is materially different from its description, please contact NexaGrid so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
Product Compatibility
Product pages describe the intended file type and software requirements.
NexaGrid products are primarily designed as Excel-compatible spreadsheet files. Compatibility may vary depending on the spreadsheet application, device, operating system, or software version used.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, NexaGrid products do not require macros, VBA, or third-party add-ins.
License and Use
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a NexaGrid product grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use.
You may modify the file for your own workflow or business needs.
You may not:
- Resell the original or modified file
- Redistribute or share the product with others
- Upload the file to template marketplaces or file-sharing sites
- Claim the product or its design as your own
- Use the product as the basis of another product intended for resale

Some NexaGrid products may include sample or fictional data for demonstration purposes.
Sample values are provided only to explain how the workbook functions and should be replaced with your own information before relying on the results.
No Guaranteed Results
NexaGrid tools are designed to support organization, analysis, planning, and decision-making.
They do not guarantee financial results, employment outcomes, business revenue, sponsorship deals, productivity improvements, or any other specific result.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for verifying information entered into the workbook.
Updates
Product updates, new features, or future versions are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page.
