After a career in food service management that spanned over 45 years, I see a future where AI is rapidly taking over the landscape and will soon cause many people to be left behind if they don't learn and keep up with the ever-expanding technological environment.

My goal is to continue learning how AI works in today's world and provide what I have learned to those most vulnerable with the changes; our aging, retired, and soon-to-be-retired adults.
