Bayonle Arashi is an author, speaker, leadership coach, and the founder of Midas Football Academy — a youth development nonprofit with operations in Houston, Texas, and Nigeria. He has spent over two decades working in football and broadcasting, including directing coverage of the Africa Cup of Nations and two FIFA World Cups.

He is the author of Road Map to a Successful Football Career: A Step-by-Step Guide, published in 2020 and available on Amazon worldwide, and The Grey and White Line, published in April 2025. As founder of Midas Football Academy and Scoutballers, Bayonle has dedicated his career to helping young athletes understand the real path to professional soccer — and the options available to them beyond it.
