1 | Reselling

No one is allowed to resell any of our work or products which we are selling. This is only authorized to members who have been granted permission from the owner himself and will be given a license as proof of authorization.

2 | Canceling

If you are to hire our artists please do not cancel your order when the artist is halfway done or almost complete. This also includes when the artist is finished and shows you the product you are not allowed to cancel the order and must pay.

3 | Watermark

To prevent being scammed all artists have their own watermark and will be placed over your order until the final product is paid in full. Requesting the design without the watermark will never be allowed before payment.

3 | Decline

Our artists have the full right to decline your order. It's their decision to accept or decline your orders for their reasons.

4 | Respect

Our staff works very hard to complete your orders. This being said you must respect everyone and abide by our server rules.

5 | Rushing

Do not under whatever circumstances rush our artists/staff even if there is a deadline you need it by. We want to make quality products/commissions and that can not happen if we are rushed.

6 | No Refunds

We do not give any form of refunds whatsoever on services or products. Once you purchase you cannot get your money/means of the transaction currency back.

7 | Changes to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

8 | Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any user’s purchase and access to our products/services at any time and for any reason.

9 | Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or any other financial or personal damages. Users of our services assume all risk and responsibility.
