Because these products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access to the download has started.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that the digital content will be made available immediately after purchase before the withdrawal period expires. You also acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins.

If you purchased a product by mistake or have an issue with your download, please contact us at nightgfx@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, for example if the file cannot be accessed or if there is a technical issue that cannot be solved.
