You have the right to return physical products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Snail Mail Club
By subscribing or purchasing from the Snail Mail Club, you agree that:
- Mail is sent to the address provided by you
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete address
8. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
We are not responsible for:
- delays or losses caused by shipping providers
- customs-related issues or import restrictions
- indirect or consequential damages
