Withdrawal Instructions

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), i.e. if you are making the purchase for purposes that are predominantly not related to your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following provisions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, or
• the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• In accordance with § 356(5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
