I don’t just teach holistic health; I live it. My journey began with a personal transformation—losing 100lbs and reclaiming my vitality—which fuelled a lifelong mission to help other women do the same without the cycle of "starting over on Monday."
With over 20 years of experience as an accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and 15 years as a professional coach, I specialise in the 'mental architecture' of change. I understand that sustainable health isn't just about what is on your plate—it’s about re-wiring the habits and limiting beliefs that hold you back.
My Qualifications & Philosophy:
- Accredited NLP Practitioner (20+ years): I use psychological tools to help you break through self-sabotage and emotional eating.
- Accredited Coach (15+ years): I provide the accountability and structure needed for long-term lifestyle shifts.
- Qualified Yoga Teacher: I specialise in making wellness and meditation accessible, creating safe, women-only spaces for practitioners of all levels.
- Qualified English Teacher: I ensure all my course materials and workbooks are clear, structured, and easy to follow.
Based in South West London, I am dedicated to making holistic health inclusive and achievable. Whether you are joining the self-paced course or working with me 1:1 in the PLUS programme, my goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space to nourish your body and flourish in your life.
