I'm Demetrich Guy, a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder of Nspire Health LLC.

My passion for health began after losing my father to a heart attack. At the time, I was overweight, and his passing became the turning point that inspired me to take control of my own health and dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

Today, my mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, support, and practical tools they need to build healthier lifestyles through nutrition and wellness coaching. I believe every healthy choice is a step toward a stronger, healthier future.
