Candy Cook is a devoted mother, researcher, and truth-seeker whose lifelong passion for health, freedom, and integrity began as a teenager. After years of chronic illness and countless encounters with a medical system that dismissed or worsened her condition, she and her family pursued the dream of homesteading — only to discover how difficult it is for ordinary Americans to overcome regulations, permits, red tape, and more to live on their own land, or to grow and access truly safe, healthy food.

Forced to become her own advocate and expert, Candy learned to rebuild her health through simplicity, real food, and personal responsibility. By removing what she calls “the Big Four” and returning to whole, unprocessed ingredients, she laid the foundation for recovery — even while still living in toxic mold.

Now, having overcome near-death naturally, she is on a mission to help others reclaim their vitality, cut through misinformation, and heal simply and naturally.
