I'm a paediatric occupational therapist, educator, and the founder of Nurtured Futures Co.

For more than five years, I've had the privilege of working alongside children and their families, supporting development through play, everyday routines, and meaningful participation. My passion has always been helping children build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in their own unique way.

More recently, I've also embraced one of my most rewarding roles yet — becoming a mum to my wonderful little boy. Parenthood has brought a new perspective to my work, deepening my appreciation for the joys, challenges, and everyday moments that shape a child's development.

When I'm not creating resources, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, exploring with our lovable pup, or enjoying the simple moments that inspire many of the ideas behind Nurtured Futures Co.

I created Nurtured Futures Co. to make high-quality, practical resources more accessible for the people who support children every day. My hope is that each resource helps make learning a little easier, play a little more meaningful, and everyday routines a little more enjoyable.
