Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products


Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of our products (digital templates), all sales are considered final and are generally non-refundable. Once the product is downloaded, we cannot “return” the digital product, so no refunds can be issued after download.


2. Exceptions (Special Cases Considered)


We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. For this reason, we will evaluate refund requests only and exclusively in the following cases:


  • Serious Technical Problems: If the file is corrupted, damaged, or impossible to download, and we are unable to resolve the technical problem within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 72 hours).


  • Purchase Error: If you purchased the product by mistake (e.g., duplicate purchase), you must contact us immediately, before any downloads are made. Requests made after the download will not be considered.


  • Product Does Not Match Description: If the product you received is significantly different from what was described on the sales page. In this case, you may be asked to provide specific details of the discrepancy.


3. Not Applicable for Refunds


Please note that we do NOT issue refunds for the following reasons:


  • Change of mind or if you did not like the product after downloading it.


  • If you do not have the software or technical knowledge necessary to use the template (it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the requirements before purchase).


  • If you couldn't use the template due to lack of time or because you found an alternative that you like better.


  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.


4. How to Request a Refund (Only for Eligible Cases)

Include in your message:


  • Your name and the email address used for the purchase.


  • The order number.


  • The name of the product purchased.


  • A detailed and clear explanation of the problem.


We will evaluate each request individually and at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe that abuse of this policy is evident.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee or Alternative Solution


Our priority is your satisfaction. In many cases, rather than offering a refund, we prefer to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with the product (for example, helping you with the download or explaining how to use a specific feature). We are here to help you.
