No Refund Policy

ONSYTE MOBILE ACADEMY is committed to providing high-quality training and educational services to our participants. We invest significant resources in preparing and delivering our courses to ensure that participants receive valuable knowledge and skills in drug testing procedures, regulations, and best practices.

Due to the nature of our training programs and the resources involved in organizing and facilitating them, we have implemented the following no refund policy:

NO REFUNDS

1.No Refunds: All payments made for our training programs are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2.Exceptions: If for some unforseen reason you cant commit to the program which you have paid for due to a family crisis you can reschedule for later date.

3.Mocks: If you schedule to have Mocks demonstrated and don't show or can't commit you will have to pay an additional fee of 75$ to be rescheduled to do mocks.
