AxisThreads Express is our premium, high-speed regional delivery service. To maintain our strict standards for speed and premium packaging quality, this expedited shipping option is available exclusively for products fulfilled and distributed directly from the AxisThreads store or warehouse.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Our Standard Shipping takes slightly longer (3–7 days) because we work with local vendors who send your items to our main office first. We personally inspect every piece of clothing for quality and sizing before dispatching it to you, ensuring you only receive flawless products.
DELIVERY METHODS
Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (8.00 am to 6.00pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.
- Pickup Stations: The delivery time is the period from when you place your order to when you receive an email, SMS or app notification that your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
- Business days are from Monday to Saturday and do not include Sundays or public holidays
