Deacon Obi (Dr. COC Agbarakwe) is a seasoned conflict management professional and a lifelong advocate for community service. His career spans international human rights work in Swaziland and South Africa, as well as leadership roles in community and political organizations across North America. He holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Management and Analysis, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership.

An adjunct professor of Online Education Strategies at one of the leading online universities in the United States, Deacon Obi also serves as a content expert for doctoral students at various academic institutions. He is the host of Conversation with Deacon Obi – Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Life But Were Afraid to Ask, a platform for thoughtful dialogue and life exploration.

As Founder and General Overseer of Oasis of Love and Miracles, Deacon Obi brings spiritual leadership rooted in compassion and cultural wisdom. A traditional chief and holder of the Nze na Ozo title, he is a passionate advocate and promoter of Igbo culture in the diaspora.
