AVATARS/ASSETS

Terms of Service: By purchasing my avatars/assets you hereby agree to my terms of service which go as following: You may:

• Use the avatar/asset for VRChat

• Edit the avatar/asset for personal use

• Make public / clonable versions of the avatar for VRChat

• Advertise / sell custom retextures of the avatar providing that the retexturer and recipient have both purchased the avatar

• Create and sell accessories, clothing & props for the avatar provided that it doesn't include any of the original avatar files

• Create artwork, designs etc inspired by the avatar

• Use it for videos / streaming etc(ARKit Blendshapes have been provided)

• Please be sure to credit me for creating the base/assets. (please include links to the original product)

• Modify the avatar/asset to create an your own version for sale (it must look different from its original listing)

• (This includes using the base/asset and selling as a/on a completed model)

You may NOT:

• Claim credit for creation of the original avatar/asset

• Share any of the files of this avatar with others unless all parties have legally purchased the avatar prior

• Re-sell the avatar/asset or any of its components as is (it must look different from its original listing)

You are stealing if permission is taken away due to disrespect/ improper handling of assets/TOS Breach and/or if you have put up a creation of mine without my consent and I will report you for theft.

Collaboration Program (DISCORD)

• Please make sure to follow my TOS

• Please do not use stolen/ripped items on models you plan on using in collaborations

→ This will get you booted from the program and the server.

• My minimum % is 20% for the collaboration

→ You will be receiving a sfw version of the original model/s you decide to work with and add me as a collaborator to (a code to the model you choose will be provided upon completion to provide to your customers!)

→ You can choose which model/s has the collaborator tag on it in the selling process!

(You have the choice to include me in your models as a collab but are not obligated to do so, however it will prevent you from adding your model to the ⁠ without the tag )

• There is no max on how many models of mine you kitbash together, however you can choose only 1 model to be the extra that is provided to your customers

• There is no limit on the amount you can release your model/s for

• This is a program primarily based on promoting those who want to be shown on my socials and to give extra to your community

→ Promotional materials may include but are not limited to Renders, Pictures on Vrchat, Clips showing off Model/s, Art pieces related to the model/base, Promotion including your socials on my twitter, bsky, ect..

→ I will purchase the model directly from you for promoting purposes! However, if you would like to provide the files I can use those too!

• I will not give people the model that is being promoted

→ I will purchase the model directly from you to provide to others if I need assistance with promotional materials!

• If you are seen to have removed the collaborator status on the finished model your model will be removed from the ⁠Collab Models Channel and promotional material will be removed from my socials

→ You are allowed to keep the promotional materials, however they will be removed from my own.

→ If you decide to use the promotional materials after they have been removed from my socials, please credit me/the proper individual who may have assisted (Credits will be provided in the ticket)

• If you are seen to have removed the collaborator status after 3 times you will be booted from the program and will have to reapply.

→ You will need to answer why you removed yourself so many times.

• It is free to join! if you want to apply, please write a Ticket in the Discord!
