Though I don’t recall many books from my own childhood, I vividly remember The Very Hungry Caterpillar—a timeless favorite I discovered while caring for children. It's simple, rhythmic storytelling and vibrant illustrations left a lasting impression on me.

As a writer, my purpose is to ensure that every child who reads this book experiences not only hope but also God’s presence and love. The stories came to me through fasting, prayer, and obedience.
