By purchasing any of my avatars, you agree to the following:

✧ Ownership and licensing ✧

• Only the receiver of the package is allowed to own and use the product. If you gift someone an avatar ONLY THE RECEIVER OF THE PACKAGE CAN UPLOAD AND USE THE PACKAGE.
• If you are purchasing an avatar, you only get the rights to use the avatar, not the assets or model itself.
• You must put the correct information when checking out.
• You may use my avatars for general, streaming and social media use with proper credit.

✧ Distribution ✧

• No reselling, leaking or ripping my avatars or any files included.
• All avatars are for personal use only.
• Do not upload any of my avatars for someone else - i do free uploads in my discord server with proof of purchase.

✧ Refunds ✧

• All sales are final, immediate ban/blacklist if you charge back.

✧ AI usage ✧

• I do not condone the use of AI in my work.
• Do not use my work for AI training and databases.

✧ Mature ✧

• Unless the avatar is stated as SFW, you must be 18+ to purchase and wear my avatars.
