By sampling our work, you agree to the following terms:

1. These samples are not royalty free.
2. For songs, all samples and loops must be cleared with the owner of said file before seeking profit on placements/songs. Must reach to - omnialicenses@gmail.com
3. Listed as co-producer & songwriter where applicable (Producer name: NO LUV or HMSI)
4. For selling beats, unless it is a sales must be split 50-50% or 33-33-33% (in case of more producers).
5. For using samples outside music release (game, tv, app, etc) please reach to - omnialicenses@gmail.com.
