Because we work with trusted international suppliers, all orders are carefully processed once payment is confirmed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Please note:

We do not accept refunds for incorrect sizing or color selection unless the mistake was made on our end. Items must be unused and in original condition where a return is required.


Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping details are outside our control, but we will always assist in tracking your order. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
