AVATAR TERMS OF USE

1. Do NOT rip the assets used on my models for your own use, even personal, support the creators who made them



2. Do not re-distribute or re-sell any of my avatars



3. Do not price split with others, neither of you will have the rights to use it if you do



4. If using my avatars for streaming purposes (eg: twitch or youtube) you MUST have a link to my gumroad



5. If you are getting someone to edit or upload the avatar for you, you both must have purchased the avatar first



6. Do not edit and then try to resell my avatar, it is still my avatar even if you edit it.

ASSET TERMS OF USE

1. Credit me in your description e.g: Asset made by charmedopal:Link to my shop)



2. You may use this on free, public, private, nitro models



3. If you found this asset on another model buy it from me before using it, even for personal use



4. Do not give/sell the model on it's own, even edited it isn't yours to sell



5. Anything from my discord freebies is only free to use whilst you're in my discord, if you leave you do need to purchase in order to use on future avatars
