Hi, I’m Braswell Chappelle—an educator, coach, and mentor who believes every student deserves encouragement, practical support, and a clear path forward.

My experience in education, graduation coaching, and student support has shaped how I approach this work. When a student falls behind, “try harder” rarely gives them enough direction. They need someone to help them understand the challenge, identify their next step, and build a plan they can follow.

That belief is the heart of this shop.

I create practical resources for educators, counselors, graduation coaches, tutors, and families supporting high school students. My goal is to make meaningful student support easier to organize—from tracking missing assignments and reviewing graduation requirements to setting weekly goals and communicating with caregivers.

A worksheet can open a conversation. A weekly plan can make an overwhelming workload feel manageable. A thoughtful check-in can help a student recognize progress they might otherwise overlook.

The resources here are designed to support those moments. They give you a starting point you can adapt to the student in front of you, while keeping your attention on the relationship that makes the work matter.

My approach brings together education, coaching, leadership, and mentorship. I value encouragement paired with accountability: helping students see their strengths while taking ownership of their next step.

Why I Create

I care about helping young people recognize that their current struggles do not have to define their future. I also care about the adults doing that work every day—the people checking in, following up, asking thoughtful questions, and helping students keep going.
