I am a songwriter, singer and creative therapist and I live in Wales, UK.

I create music across two distinct genres. As a therapeutic sound artist, I craft flow state music and bilateral sounds designed to enhance wellbeing and assist with peak performance. As a pop/chill songwriter, I regularly collaborate with other artists and writers, most notably Michael Garvin, Noah Timman, Jonathan Fersino, Lalou, Lewis Sharp, Ania Diamond, Pete Barringer, Kristin Hurst, and Tyler Byrd.
