Terms of Use

By purchasing my products, you are purchasing a Personal-Use License only. You are not purchasing ownership or copyright of the original files.

By purchasing or using my products, you agree to all terms below.

1. License

• 1 Purchase = 1 License = 1 Person.
• Do not share or split one purchase between multiple people.
• Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the original files.

2. Avatar Upload

• Purchased Avatars must remain Private.
• Public uploads are not allowed unless officially released by me.

3. Redistribution

• Do not resell, share, distribute, re-upload, trade, or leak my files.
• Do not give purchased files to others, even for free.

4. Ownership

• Do not claim ownership or authorship of my original Avatar, Model, Sculpt, Texture, or Assets.
• Modified versions may be called your Personal Edit, but the original work remains mine.

5. Editing

• You may modify purchased products for personal use.
• Modifications do not give you ownership of the original files or Assets.

6. Gifts

• If purchasing a product as a gift, provide the correct recipient information.
• The license belongs to the intended recipient only.

7. Authorized Sources

• Only purchase my products from my official store or authorized sources.
• Do not use products obtained through leaks, rips, or unauthorized sources.

8. Content Creation

• You may use my Avatars in videos, streams, screenshots, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and social media.
• Credit is appreciated but not required.

9. Updates & Support

• VRChat or Unity updates may cause older products to stop working properly.
• Updates and fixes are not guaranteed.
• Support for Custom Edits, Third-Party Packages, or external modifications is not guaranteed.

10. TOS Violation

• If you violate these TOS and the violation is reported or discovered, you will be blacklisted.
• Your license will be permanently revoked, and you will no longer be allowed to use, access, or redistribute my files.

11. Multiple People Involved

• If more than two people are involved in a violation and the original source cannot be identified, all involved individuals will be banned and blacklisted without exception.

AVATAR UPLOAD SERVICE

Customers may upload their purchased avatar independently using their own VRChat account.

For customers who require assistance, an optional Avatar Upload Service is available through my Discord Ticket System.

Upload Fee: $5 USD per avatar

To request this service, please open a ticket in my Discord server and provide the required proof of purchase and account information requested for the upload.

Please ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete. The upload service is provided solely for the purpose of assisting with the installation and upload of your purchased avatar

CUSTOMIZATION

Purchased avatars may be freely edited and customized for your own personal use. No prior approval is required for personal modifications.

You may, for example:

• Edit or sculpt the head and body
• Rework or replace textures
• Adjust materials, shaders, and other Unity settings
• Add, remove, or replace clothing
• Add or remove accessories
• Modify, replace, or restyle the hair
• Alter the body shape or proportions
• Edit or replace animations
• Make other changes according to your personal preferences

There are no restrictions on how extensively you may modify the avatar for personal use. You may completely redesign its appearance or make substantial changes to the original, as long as the resulting work is kept for your own use.

Regardless of how heavily the avatar has been edited, my original files, sculpt, base, or other original assets may not be extracted, shared, resold, or redistributed separately. They may not be used to create or release another base or standalone product.

Please also be aware that certain components included with an avatar may belong to other creators. Such components remain subject to their respective creators' licenses and Terms of Use. If you intend to use one of these assets separately from the purchased avatar, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and following the original creator's terms.

• You may send your purchased files to a trusted friend for assistance with your Avatar, but they may not keep, use, or redistribute the files.
• Temporary access to your purchased files does not grant another person permission to use or own them.
• Anyone assisting with your Avatar may only use the files for the requested purpose and must delete them afterward.
• Do not upload your purchased files to public or shared storage where unauthorized users can access them.
• You are responsible for anyone you give access to your purchased files.
• Do not share your files with others unless it is necessary for an authorized service or commission.
• Sharing files for technical assistance does not transfer your license to another person.
• Your purchased files must remain private and may only be accessed by you or an authorized person assisting you.

Due to the digital nature of my products, all purchases are considered final once the purchased files have been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, included contents, compatibility, and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

If you encounter a legitimate issue with your purchase, please contact me with relevant details. I will do my best to assist and provide a reasonable solution where possible.

Please note that updates to VRChat, Unity, SDKs, shaders, or other third-party software may affect the functionality or compatibility of older avatars and features.

While I may provide updates or fixes when possible, continued compatibility and future updates are not guaranteed.

Support for custom modifications, third-party edits, or changes made outside the original setup is not guaranteed.
