Founder of JD Elius Company — built on a simple belief: there's a difference between being alive and living to your full potential, and closing that gap takes discipline, focus, and consistency, not luck.

JD leads every workshop, every session, and every piece of content with the same standard he holds himself to. JD Elius Company exists to hand that same standard to anyone ready to move from surviving to thriving — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
