Seamless and sublimation designs 

🦋All purchases includes a license for commercial use, limited to 500 copies / end products. 

🦋Designs should be watermarked at all times when sharing them on any platform, including facebook, websites, etsy ect. 

🦋You are not allowed to copy or trace over any of the designs sold by Paisley's Prints. 

🦋You are not allowed to sell the designs as is, and may only use them to create end products.

🦋Seamless and Sub designs may not be used to create new digital artwork.

🦋There are no refunds on digital items and all sales are considered final. 

🦋Sales are made individually and you may not share files. One sale is for one shop. If you own more than one shop and want to use the files for each shop, seperate purchases should be made. 

🦋If you use seamless or sub designs for overseas printing/manufacturing, please make sure your suppliers knows files are not allowed to be reproduced or used for other people.

Limited and exclusive designs 

🦋All limited and/or exclusive designs are digitally hand drawn.

🦋Full commercial use is included with limited designs, but you may not sell the files as is.

🦋You are not allowed to alter, copy or trace over any designs.

🦋When limited copies are sold, they will never be made available again. Once they are sold out, the designs are gone forever. 

🦋Individual png images used to create the designs (known as the clip art), may not be used to create new digital items. They may only be used for layout purposes on end/finish products. 

🦋There are no refunds on digital items and all sales are considered final.

Clip Art

1. Clip art images are hand drawn by Paisley's Prints. 

2. Paisley's Prints reserves the right to use the clip art images for our own future designs.

3. You may not sell the clip art as is, but commercial use to make new/transformed digital or end products are included. 

➡️ You may make new seamless files to sell.

➡️ You may make new sub/pngs images, with new words added to the existing clip art, to sell (so to create new panel designs).

➡️ You may use the images as is to print DTF transfers to sell.

4. You may not share the images with anyone or give the images away for free.

5. There are no refunds on Paisley's Prints digital artwork, including the clip art sets. All sales are considered final..
