Thank you for your purchase! By purchasing, downloading, or accessing this product, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please review what is permitted and what is restricted under this license.
1. What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)
You are granted a non-exclusive commercial license to modify and distribute the finished output of this template:
Full Customization: You may edit and customize all text, change fonts, swap or add your own logos and branding, adjust colors, and rearrange the layout elements to suit your brand or your clients' needs.
Exporting Finished Outputs: You may export the finalized, customized design as:
A flattened video file (such as an MP4).
A live, view-only web presentation link (such as a published, read-only Canva link).
Selling to End Users: You may sell, monetize, or distribute the flattened, finished card to your own clients, customers, or audience for their personal or business use.
2. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions & Legal Protection)
To protect the original creator and underlying media assets, the following restrictions strictly apply:
No Selling or Sharing the Editable Template: You cannot sell, share, give away, or redistribute the raw, editable Canva template link to other digital product creators, shops, or end users.
No Pass-Through Resale Rights: You cannot pass along Resell Rights (RR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or Private Label Rights (PLR) to anyone else. Only flattened, non-editable end-user files may be delivered to your buyers.
No Extraction of Raw Media: You cannot extract, isolate, download, or rip individual background video clips, animations, music tracks, or sound effects to resell or distribute them as standalone stock footage, audio packs, or sound effects.
No Trademark Claims: You cannot register, copyright, or trademark the base design, video layouts, or original elements as your own exclusive brand property.
3. Quick Checklist
Permitted:
Editing text, changing fonts, and inserting your own branding or logos.
Exporting the completed design as an MP4 video or a read-only live web link.
Selling or giving the final, flattened card directly to your own end clients or audience.
Strictly Prohibited:
Selling, gifting, or sharing the raw editable Canva template link.
Offering Master Resell Rights (MRR) or PLR to other shop owners.
Pulling out raw video clips or audio files to sell as stock media or sound effects.
4. General Terms
Intellectual Property: All original template structures, motion assets, and base layouts remain the intellectual property of the original creator.
License Termination: Any violation of these terms immediately revokes your license to use, market, or sell products created with this template.
