Rahyym Rayshizzle fell in love with DJing during his teen years. Before this he was a keen breakdancer and Hip-hop artist. After high school he taught himself by listening to non-stop cassettes keenly and observing how other DJs mix and entertain in various clubs. He later released Hip-hop singles but his love for DJing made him learn more about the craft.

After being a bedroom DJ selling non-stop mixes he finally got a break-through in Shenzhen, China in 2008 and then later in Hong Kong in 2010. He has since then participated in various events such as Fundraisers for NGOs, Cultural Festivities,

Opening for Underground Artists, Specific Themed Events and held a monthly DJ residency at Eaton Hotel in HK. He has also DJed in several events in Kenya and Mexico.

He enjoys playing eclectic vibes including mashups and clever remixes meant to edutain the masses. From Reggae, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Funk, Soul, Worldwide tunes all the way to his Afro roots, he keeps his fans on toes with fresh sounds during his sets. Apart from DJing he has a podcast called ‘PamoJah Roots’ available on Youtube and Mixcloud.

He also teaches private DJ lessons to beginners using DJ controllers, CDJs or Turntables. In HK he taught students how to create radio shows, use the microphone and studio equipment. Apart from teaching the basics he also highlights the successes and failures he has faced in the music industry in his journey as a Musician, DJ and Podcaster.
