Paper Rebel sells digital-download artwork. No physical poster or frame is shipped. Review the product images, file types, pixel dimensions, and layout information before purchasing. Printing and framing are separate purchases.

Change of mind

Once files have been downloaded, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law. If you have not downloaded your files, contact us so we can review your request.

Problems with your purchase

If you encounter a duplicate charge, missing or corrupted files, a purchase that does not match its description, or a download-access problem, contact us. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement files or a refund.

Printing costs

Colors can vary between screens, paper, and printers. Check the print preview and make a small proof before ordering a large print. We generally do not reimburse third-party printing or framing costs, except where required by law.
