TERMS OF SERVICE

  • All purchases are digital and therefore FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
  • If you are banned from my Discord Server, you are banned from purchasing from my shops; any attempts to gain access to my work around this ban will result in legal actions being taken (if you'd like to discuss ban appeals, please DM me directly)
  • I am within my legal rights to file DMCA takedowns if my terms are not followed on usage of my products
  • I do not allow the usage of my products to promote hateful activities, such as but not limited to homophobia, sexism, and crimes against minors
  • You MUST be 18+ to purchase my avatars

Avatars

  • Basic Unity knowledge is needed to use/upload my avatars. I do free uploads for customers, please open a ticket in my Discord Server for help with this
  • Do not give out the contents of any avatars or their packages
  • Do not upload any avatars purchased from my shop publicly, edited or otherwise
  • Do not give avatar files to friends to upload/edit/etc without my PERMISSION first
  • Do not upload the contents of any avatars to any other account other than the one given at purchase
  • You are allowed to use any of my avatars for content (youtube, tiktok, twitch, fansly etc) WITH CREDIT ONLY
  • Do not resell the contents of any avatar packages
  • Do not take parts off of my avatars and reuse them on other avatars (asset mining), personally or commercially, without my PERMISSION first; you may also be asked to purchase a license of said asset
  • You are welcome to do any/all edits to my avatars, please do! If you find yourself only using the base/head of a model PLEASE ASK FIRST; this would be considered a new model and falls under asset mining listed above

Assets/Textures

  • Basic Blender/Unity knowledge is needed to use my assets
  • In order to my assets on for-sale models, please be sure to purchase the correct license version; some assets do not include a separate purchase for commercial use, but will list in the description what they're able to be used for
  • Personal & Commercial use allowed for any VR platforms and/or Vtubing unless stated otherwise on asset listing (if using for any other game/commercial item please contact me first for permission)
  • My assets are always allowed on Public models
  • Please ask permission before using my assets/textures on Free or Nitro models; some of my assets may say they are allowed in the description, no contact is necessary for these exceptions
  • You MUST credit me as PastelPlushies with a DIRECT link to the assets used when using on models that will be redistributed
  • You cannot use my assets unless purchased directly from me/my shops
  • Resale is only allowed on FULLY FINISHED MODELS; redistribution of the original files is strictly prohibited and is considered leaking
