By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Pawz product, you agree to this TOS.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18+ to purchase or use Pawz products. No exceptions.

2. Personal License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license.

You may:

• Edit the avatar for personal use.
• Upload it privately to VRChat.
• Use it in videos, streams, and social media with credit.

You may NOT share, gift, trade, sell, redistribute, or give anyone access to the files.

3. File & Project Sharing

Do not give files, Unity projects, or assets to others. The only exception is Pawz-authorized uploaders. You are responsible for keeping your purchased files secure.

4. Editing & Asset Use

Personal edits are allowed, but edited versions remain covered by this TOS.

You may NOT:

• Use Pawz avatars as bases or templates.
• Copy, trace, recreate, or substantially reproduce Pawz designs.
• Extract or reuse assets in another project.
• Distribute edited versions.

5. Leaking, Ripping & Reselling

Leaking, ripping, trading, reselling, redistributing, or uploading Pawz products is strictly prohibited.

This includes avatar-sharing and avatar-ripping websites. Violations may result in a permanent blacklist, loss of access, and DMCA/copyright action where applicable.

6. Public Avatars & Cloning

Pawz avatars are for private use only. Do not upload Pawz avatars as public or public fallback avatars, put them in cloneable worlds, or allow unauthorized access to them.

7. Creator Credit

Credit Pawz when publicly showcasing Pawz avatars in videos, streams, social media, screenshots, or other public content.

8. Commercial Use

Commercial use requires written permission from Pawz.

This includes merchandise, advertisements, sponsored promotions, paid products, or using Pawz products to promote or sell another product or service. Personal videos, streams, screenshots, and social media use are allowed with credit.

9. AI Restrictions

Pawz products may not be used for AI training, datasets, AI recreations, or AI development. (This includes but is not limited to AI "artwork", AI Chibi's, Photos edited by AI, etc.

10. Uploads & Quest Conversions

Pawz offers avatar uploads for $5 and Quest conversions for $20.

• Quest versions may have reduced features or visual differences due to Quest and VRChat limitations.
• Converted and uploaded files remain covered by this TOS and may not be shared.

11. Support

Support is available through Pawz Discord for 30 days after purchase.

Compatibility with every Unity version, VRChat update, third-party tool, shader, or modified project is not guaranteed.

12. Prohibited Behavior

Pawz products may not be used for harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, threats, or malicious or unlawful behavior.

13. Chargebacks

Contact Pawz before opening a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in loss of access and permanent blacklist. Legitimate consumer rights are unaffected.

14. Refunds

All digital sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for user error, hardware limitations, Unity or VRChat updates, third-party conflicts, or unauthorized modifications. If you believe a product is defective, contact Pawz support.

15. Discord Bans & Blacklisting

Pawz may revoke access and prohibit future purchases if you are banned or blacklisted from the Pawz Discord or store. Attempting to bypass a ban or blacklist may result in a permanent blacklist.

16. TOS Violations

Violations may result in:

• Loss of product access.
• Permanent blacklist.
• Discord or store bans.
• DMCA/copyright action where applicable.
• Other appropriate enforcement.

17. TOS Updates

Pawz may update these terms as needed. Continued use of Pawz products after an updated TOS is posted means you accept the updated terms.

If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask first. Written permission from Pawz is required for exceptions.
