Hi, I’m Chris from Payne Life Strength.
I have over 25 years of strength training experience and competed at British national level in strongman.
Over the years, I’ve benched over 200kg for reps, squatted 360kg for 4 reps, deadlifted up to 370kg, and log pressed over 180kg. I’m 6’1” and have trained and competed alongside some of the strongest men on earth.
But Payne Life Strength is not about pretending everyone needs to train like a professional strongman.
It’s about taking real strength experience and turning it into simple, structured training for men who used to train, let life get in the way, and want to get strong again.
No influencer workouts. No miracle claims. No six-week fantasy nonsense.
Just proper training, progressive overload, realistic programming, and advice from someone who has spent decades under the bar.
