Terms of Service — Commercial Use Only

By purchasing, downloading, or using my avatars and assets, you agree to the following terms:

Permitted Use:

• Commercial Use Allowed: You may use my assets on completed avatars intended for commercial sale.
• Free & Public Avatars Allowed: You may use my assets on free or public avatars, as long as all other terms are followed.
• Platforms Supported: my assets is permitted for use in VRChat, ChilloutVR, and NeosVR.

Prohibited Use:

• No Reselling or Redistribution: You may not sell, share, trade, or redistribute my assets/avatars on its own under any circumstances.
• No Uncredited Use: Credit must be given to the original creator (me) anywhere the asset/avatar is used or showcased, including avatar sale listings.

Public Avatar Use:

• Public avatars in use of my assets are allowed as long as they include credit and above.

Failure to follow these terms may result in DMCA takedown and a ban from future purchases. Always respect creator rights.
