I immigrated from Zimbabwe at 22 with big dreams and a desire for security. After a decade in hospitality, I transitioned into pensions, a world that fascinated me and became my career for the past 13 years.

I founded Ideal Governance to provide Trustee Scheme Secretary services and support businesses with workplace pension governance. My passion also lies in pension education, helping everyday people cut through jargon and take control of their financial future.
