Please allow up to three days turn around time for us to ship your items out, as our items are pre-made it should take less than this allocated time. This turn around time is due to working another job and looking after two young kids, thank you for understanding.

If your order is urgent, please contact us as soon as possible and I will do my best to accomodate.

We currently ship within New Zealand, using NZ Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged - this does not mean your order has been collected.

Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, but this can change due to courier delays. Expect longer delays in the holiday period.

Once your order has left us, it is out of our control when your order will be delivered. We will do our best to chase this up for you, please contact us if you have any issues.

We will not refund your order if your package goes missing after it leaves us. Please contact us if this is the case and we will come to a solution.

International

Unfortunately we don't currently offer International shipping, if you would like us to look into the cost of shipping overseas, please contact us and we can discuss this further.

If you've received a product you're not happy with, please contact us within one week of receiving your order and we will do our best to come to a solution for you.

As our products are handmade we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you have the correct items before placing your order or contact us as soon as possible and we can look into changing to another item for the same dollar value. Once your items have been collected by the courier, we're unable to change this.
