1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the GEO Decision Course, related course resources, and the GEO Studio plugin.

By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. The Product
The GEO Decision Course is a self-paced digital educational product focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI visibility analysis, measurement, decision-making frameworks, and related technical and content workflows.
The course includes:
- six course modules;
- video lessons and practical demonstrations;
- downloadable frameworks, templates, worksheets and other course resources;
- the GEO Studio Chrome/Edge extension included with the course;
- additional supporting materials made available through the course platform.
The exact content may be improved, corrected, replaced, reorganized, or updated over time.
3. Price and Payment
The course is currently sold as a one-time purchase.
The price displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase is the price applicable to your order.
Payments are processed through Payhip using supported payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
4. Lifetime Access
A valid one-time purchase provides lifetime access to the purchased version of the GEO Decision Course and the course resources made available to purchasers.
For the purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as the course continues to be operated and technically supported by the seller or the relevant course platform.
It does not mean that any particular third-party platform, software integration, hosting provider, browser extension ecosystem, AI service, search engine, or external technology will remain available indefinitely.
If the delivery platform is materially changed, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve access to the purchased educational content where technically and commercially practicable.
5. Personal Licence
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the course materials for your own personal or professional learning.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- share your account or login credentials with another person;
- redistribute course videos, documents, templates, prompts, frameworks, software, or other materials;
- resell or sublicense any course material;
- upload course materials to file-sharing, public repository, training-data, membership, or content-distribution services;
- reproduce substantial parts of the course for competing commercial training;
- remove copyright, branding, attribution, licence, or other proprietary notices;
- provide third parties with unauthorized copies of the GEO Studio plugin.
Purchasing one course licence does not create a multi-user, team, agency, or enterprise licence.
6. GEO Studio Plugin
The GEO Studio plugin is included with the GEO Decision Course at no additional charge for enrolled customers.
The plugin is provided as a course tool and learning resource.
Unless a separate software licence states otherwise, your right to use the plugin is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and linked to your lawful course access.
You may use the plugin for your own websites, projects, analysis, or professional work.
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly distribute the plugin;
- make the plugin available as a standalone commercial download;
- remove or circumvent licence, attribution, or access controls;
- represent the plugin as your own software product;
- use the plugin in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
The plugin may be updated, modified, replaced, or discontinued as technology and browser requirements evolve.
7. Educational Purpose and No Guaranteed Results
The course is provided for educational and informational purposes.
It does not guarantee:
- search-engine rankings;
- AI citations;
- AI recommendations;
- increased traffic;
- increased revenue;
- increased conversions;
- specific GEO, SEO, marketing, or commercial outcomes.
Generative AI systems, search engines, ranking systems, browser technologies, APIs, and third-party platforms change frequently.
Examples, demonstrations, measurements, case studies, frameworks, and recommendations reflect the information and conditions available at the relevant time.
You remain responsible for evaluating whether a recommendation is appropriate for your own circumstances.
8. Professional Advice Disclaimer
The course does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Where a decision has legal, regulatory, financial, contractual, security, or other material consequences, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
9. AI and Technology Disclaimer
The course discusses and may demonstrate AI systems, search platforms, analytics tools, browser extensions, APIs, and other third-party technology.
Third-party services may:
- change their features;
- change their pricing;
- change their terms;
- restrict or discontinue functionality;
- produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent outputs.
The seller does not control these third-party systems and is not responsible for their continued availability, accuracy, performance, or compatibility.
10. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital educational product that provides access to course content and downloadable resources, refunds are not automatically offered merely because a customer changes their mind after access has been provided.
However, refund requests will be reviewed reasonably in cases such as:
- duplicate charges;
- material technical access failures that cannot be resolved;
- the customer not receiving the purchased product;
- a material discrepancy between the product delivered and the product description;
- circumstances where applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Payhip does not issue refunds on behalf of sellers; refund requests are handled by the seller through the relevant payment processor.
11. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights and Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may cease once performance has begun where the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this causes the withdrawal right to be lost, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where mandatory consumer law grants you rights that conflict with these Terms, the mandatory legal rights prevail.
12. Technical Access
You are responsible for maintaining:
- a compatible device;
- internet access;
- a supported web browser;
- any third-party accounts or software reasonably necessary to use the course or plugin.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting outages, Payhip availability, browser updates, third-party services, or other technical causes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to address course-access issues reported by customers.
13. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your Payhip account credentials secure.
You must not allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
14. Suspension or Termination of Access
Access may be suspended or terminated if there is reasonable evidence of:
- account sharing;
- unauthorized redistribution;
- copyright infringement;
- fraud;
- misuse of the GEO Studio plugin;
- abusive or unlawful conduct;
- material breach of these Terms.
Payhip allows sellers to remove customer access to content-based products where necessary.
Termination for a material breach does not create an automatic right to a refund.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the course content, frameworks, templates, videos, written materials, graphics, prompts, methodologies, software, GEO Studio plugin, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Peter Beko.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Third-party trademarks, software, platforms, examples, screenshots, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Updates and Changes
The course and its supporting materials may be updated periodically.
Existing purchasers may receive access to updated versions of course materials where made available. Payhip supports replacing digital files while retaining purchaser access through the original delivery mechanism.
The seller is not obliged to maintain every lesson, example, integration, software version, or third-party workflow indefinitely.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from reliance on course content, third-party services, changes in search or AI systems, or business decisions made using the course materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. No Transfer of Ownership
Purchasing the course gives you access and usage rights as described in these Terms.
It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property, source materials, software rights, trademarks, methodologies, or course content.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of mandatory protections granted by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary because of:
- legal or regulatory changes;
- changes to the course;
- changes to Payhip or payment services;
- technological changes;
- security requirements;
- changes to the GEO Studio plugin.
The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
Material changes will not retroactively remove statutory rights already acquired by customers.
