Welcome to Pettit Racing Productions. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on this website are digital 3D models and/or digital assets.

No physical items will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable license to use the product for personal or commercial use as outlined in the product description.

You are NOT purchasing ownership of the files.

2. No Redistribution / Leaks / File Sharing

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, gift, sublicense, or resell the files
• Upload the files to any website, cloud service, Discord, forum, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
• Leak the files in any form, free or paid
• Send the files to another person who has not purchased them
• Include the raw files in any public or private download

Enforcement & Blacklisting

If you are found to be involved in:

• leaking
• sharing
• redistributing
• reselling
• trading

any of our products, you will:

• Be permanently blacklisted from all current and future purchases
• Have your license immediately revoked without refund
• Be banned from our website, store, and any affiliated platforms
• Lose access to updates and support
• Potentially face legal action

This applies whether the distribution is free or paid.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Preventing unauthorized access to your purchased files

Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The file is proven to be completely non-functional
• We are unable to provide a working replacement

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Permanent blacklist from future purchases
• Revocation of all licenses to previously purchased products

6. License Usage

Unless otherwise stated, you MAY:

• Use the models in personal projects
• Use them in commercial projects (games, renders, liveries, etc.)

You may NOT:

• Resell the model itself
• Claim the model as your own work
• Redistribute the source files in any way

7. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of [Pettit Racing Productions].

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

8. Product Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue products at any time
• Change pricing without notice

Customers will not be entitled to compensation for these changes.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products
• Compatibility issues with third-party software or platforms

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United Sates.
