Welcome to Pharmaste Learning where pharmacy meets clarity, compassion, and care. I’m Dr. Kayihura Manigaba, PharmD, BCIDP, an infectious diseases pharmacist and Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. Teaching has been part of my journey for many years, from tutoring in high school, college, and pharmacy school to completing PGY1 and PGY2 Infectious Diseases residencies at UF Health Shands, where I also completed formal training in teaching. Pharmaste was created to make complex pharmacy and clinical topics easier to understand, more practical, and more useful for real-world learning. Our resources focus on areas such as NAPLEX and MPJE preparation, pharmacotherapy, clinical guidelines, practice questions, and medication knowledge.
